-Neck: Measure around the middle of neck (at the Adam's apple). Allow room for your index finger to fit between the tape and your neck for a comfortable fit.

-Chest: Wrap the tape around the highest part of your chest and shoulder blades, and then drop your arms to your sides to measure.

-Sleeve: Bend arm and place on hip. Measure along the arm from the center back of your neck to your wrist.

-Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

-Inseam: Measure along the inside of the leg just below the crotch to one inch below the ankle.

Wish Lists

A wish list is used to save items you that you like or want to purchase at a later time. You must sign on under My Account at either www.donnakaran.com or www.dkny.com in order to use this feature while shopping online. An item can be added to your wish list from the product detail page. When signed on you can also move items from your wish list back to your shopping cart for purchase.

The wish list does not hold inventory. If an item sells out it will be removed from your wish list.

Online Pre Order and Back Order

Pre Order - Select styles may be reserved prior to the style being available in the warehouse. To reserve the item, place an order for styles that are designated available for Pre Order. You will be notified and charged when your item ships.

Back Order – Select styles may be ordered before they are replenished in the warehouse. To reserve the item, place an order. You will be notified and charged when your item ships.

Returns and Exchanges Return Policy Only items purchased from www.donnakaran.com and www.dkny.com will be accepted for return according to the following policy.

Every product is satisfaction guaranteed and you may return it for a full refund of the item price less shipping costs.
Hosiery, Bra, and Panty purchases are final sale and are not eligible for a return or refund. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

All returns MUST be in saleable condition and include the original packaging with tags attached. Invoice # and Billing Name must appear on the Return Form. Please complete the Reason For Return on the form (check one option). Foot Wear: Must be returned in a standard brown box, including the actual footwear box inside. Any returns sent back in the actual footwear box alone, will be charged an additional repackaging fee. Note: Gift boxes cannot be returned.

Only returns of merchandise purchased online can be returned to www.donnakaran.com and www.dkny.com.

All merchandise purchased at a physical location must be returned to that store. No exceptions.

All return credits are processed back to the original method of payment.

Gift Returns Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

Reorder/Exchange We do not offer exchanges instead the customer must return the original order and place a new order.

Standard Return Shipping Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork. All products must be returned in sellable condition, to ensure full credit.

1. Complete the return questionnaire on the packing slip and include it in the return package.

2. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

We offer price adjustments for items purchased on DKNY.com no more that 7 days before the price change was made. Please have your invoice # ready and contact our Customer Service Department to see if you are eligible for a price adjustment. Your inquiry must be made within this 7-day window. Price adjustments will not be issued if your order has already received a discount (including price adjustments and promotional codes).
